LGT Venture Philanthropy Foundation (LGT VP) is pleased to announce the renewal of the partnership with Last Mile Health. Last Mile Health is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare access in the world’s most remote communities by strengthening community health systems.

LGT Venture Philanthropy is pleased to announce the extension of our partnership with Ahueni, a non-profit organisation committed to protecting biodiverse ecosystems, sustaining community livelihoods, and offsetting global carbon emissions through the development of carbon asset projects.

LGT Venture Philanthropy Foundation is pleased to announce a new partnership with Synchronicity Earth, a UK-registered non-profit organisation focusing on global environmental conservation with presence in key ecosystems across South-East Asia, Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa and Melanesia.

After eight years of partnership, Liberia’s Education Advancement Program (LEAP), formerly known as PSL (Partnership Schools for Liberia), is graduating from the LGT Venture Philanthropy portfolio this year.
